I like where that one guy was smoking a cigarette with his meal. The whole point is, if you’re going to do something that you know isn’t the best, you may as well go all out. If you want to eat clean and healthy, fine, but if you want to enjoy your food once in a while, be real about it.
Filtered low tar cigarettes, decaffeinated coffee, diet soda-pop, forget all of those half stop measures. Be good or be bad, crap or get off the pot. Even Christ says of the lukewarm in Revelation, he will spit them out of his mouth.

Some friends and I made this for a weekend barbecue back in May. It took a few attempts to get right, because we’re not skilled with coatings. It needs a proper batter. Breading does not do it.
I know what that woman says with about 2:10 left to go does not seem possible. But it does need more salt.
The cream gravy makes it perfect. You just have to write the next day off.

that guy has invented the perfect food combo — bacon AND gravy…
Gotta try that sometime before I die. And if I do try it, I suspect that that won’t be too long afterwards.
Chicken fried bacon. Just damn. Even better than bacon-fried chicken…
