The President is not an idiot. He is a person of above average intelligence. The problem is that he lacks one or more of the following:
-wisdom to understand the consequences of his actions
-concern about the consequences of his actions
-executive leadership experience

I think the President lacks common sense, but a number of Ivory Tower Academics do. I think that many of the Presidents errors are those that an Ivory Tower Academic would make.

If it hadn’t been for the Illinois GOP self destructing before our very eyes (though some could say this had been coming for some time, given the senior leaders of the party in this state) perhaps we would have had a candidate who could have provided some sort of contest against Obambi. Hell, they were trying to get Mike Ditka to run against him, which should tell you how desperate the “GOP leadership” (apologies to all real leaders) was.
Obama is nothing more than a “on the down low, (former??) coke smoking, treasonous bastard”, who happened to wander into the right place at the right time.
The only way That One got elected US Senator was through the illegal release of Ryan’s sealed divorce papers, which effected his removal. Alan Keyes carpetbagged on over, which does not sit as well with Illinoisans as Hillary’s instant residency did in NY. No one ever discovered who committed this illegal act.
At this point does it really matter how or why? Looking back is a sure way to let the future continue on the same path. What is the remedy? How quickly can we repair the damage done? Our future is what should concern us and consume our efforts. If this is allowed to stand WE ARE FUCKED.
