I’ve been so damned busy in the last two weeks it’s amazing I accomplish anything at all. And the feeling is one of being peened over. What’s that, you say? Well, it’s this:<\/p>\n

See where the rivet is flat on top, and flush or below the surface of the material? it’s been peened down so it’s flush, wiht a special type of hammer and set. <\/p>\n

So to the un-mechanical, when I say peened down, this is what I mean. Hammered flat. Like Freddie king sang- “I’m tore down, almost level with the ground”. Only I’m not “tore down”, I’m “Hammered down”<\/p>\n
