Slowly to be sure, but it&#8217;s coming off. <\/p>\n<p>To accelerate the process somewhat I&#8217;m headed in to get another fill in the band. Further reduce what I can consume. <\/p>\n<p>I feel good, my clothes are getting baggy and being replaced, I&#8217;m getting down. I have a long way to go, but I&#8217;ve also come a long way. There are\/have been struggles, but there are also great victories- I should be off most of my meds very soon. I will be more limber and more agile for deer season, and I will be more capable at work and at home.
