{"id":1986,"date":"2008-01-02T10:58:06","date_gmt":"2008-01-02T15:58:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/neanderpundit.com\/?p=1986"},"modified":"2008-01-02T10:58:06","modified_gmt":"2008-01-02T15:58:06","slug":"take-that","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neanderpundit.com\/?p=1986","title":{"rendered":"take THAT!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Flishitty flushitty<br \/>\nElisson thought that he<br \/>\ncould writers block me<br \/>\nwith such simple tasks<\/p>\n<p>Tha the crapblogging<br \/>\nso unscatologically<br \/>\nworks with the meter<br \/>\nis all that he asks<\/p>\n<p>And now, for something completely different. he asked for a sonnet, but didn&#8217;t make it specific which form he wanted, so I chose the modern classic, rather than the old Italian, which would have been much easier. <\/p>\n<p>I used to think crapblogging wasn&#8217;t bad<br \/>\nAs humor finds most favor with my friends<br \/>\nI never thought to start a blogging fad<br \/>\nOr write a post that gives one laughing bends <\/p>\n<p>Unclogging brain drains always pleases me<br \/>\nMuch more so than the actual act of rodding<br \/>\nI like to make folks grin with poo and pee<br \/>\na task which often needs but little prodding<\/p>\n<p>Last night as I prepared to slip in bed<br \/>\nI felt the urge to drop some soft serve poo<br \/>\nI know this is TMI for the head<br \/>\nbut when you eat you often shit good too <\/p>\n<p>If sonnets are your taste, oh Eli&#8217;s son,<br \/>\nTHen mine has been composed, and is now done <\/p>\n<p>Now, this isn&#8217;t up to my usual crapbloging standard, but you have to work with the tools God gave you.
