The only problem is the damned decisions you have to make. But damn, the cheese!<\/p>\n<p>They have a great deal of their own cheese, made there. I mean, made in the next room from where they sell it. And those cows along the highway, as you&#8217;re driving? came form their milk. It&#8217;s a nice local co-op and I&#8217;m pleased to say we&#8217;ve been shopping there a while. <\/p>\n<p>I love the havarti and gruyere and stilton the best, but all the cheese they have is great. It&#8217;s not got the variety or size of Mars Cheese castle, but the cheese is good, and the people are incredibly pleasant. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You owe it to yourself to stop in at Pine River Cheese.
