And it’s also now easy to differentiate between “Bad joint pain” and “I overdid it working in the yard yesterday” This in itself is a good thing, and has been helpful- it helps prevent me from overdoing anything (by allowing me to distinguish when I am)and the megadose of gluco\/chondroitin has helped the “normal” stuff go mostly away.<\/p>\n
