I don’t leave the house often to see a movie, it’s only the movies that really ::must:: be seen on a big screen, and this was one of them.<\/p>\n

Purists and diehard fans of the TV series\/radio series, might not like it, and they’d be stupid. This is an extremely funny movie. Daughter is still singing “so long and thanks for all the fish”<\/p>\n

As Tanya <\/a>says, make sure you stay for ALL the credits. <\/p>\n

\nThe fact of the matter is, the damned Vogons look JUST like my grandfathers second, commonlaw wife Marge. They’re nicer natured, though, than she was. <\/p>\n

The plains of stupidity thing was better done than I expected. I suspect a lot of people I work with have crossed them several times. <\/p>\n

Arthur was less of a dolt than I thought he might otherwise have been. Trillian rocked, and was pretty in a non-anorectic youngish margot kidder way. <\/p>\n

The Ford Prefect facial expressions were amazing. <\/p>\n
