And although my motto has always been &#8220;Serving size is when the container is empty&#8221;, I can no longer eat more than a handful at a time due to the reduced capacity of my stomach. <\/p>\n<p>That doesn&#8217;t stop me from plugging away at the bag until it&#8217;s empty; it just now takes me a week instead of the previous 2 hours to finish off a bag. <\/p>\n<p>And it acts as a marker. The insoluble fiber in an almond is so intensely effective that it pushes everything ahead of it out of the way so that it may deposit itself as a creamy, fragrant Almond Pudding. <\/p>\n<p>Maybe someday I&#8217;ll put up a paypal button and the squeamish among you can pay me to insert brain-bleach warnings in posts. <\/p>\n<p>Naaaaah.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Especially the salted ones, are one of my serious weaknesses.
