I usually just clip him on his leash and let him do his thing while I take my meds and pour the first coffee .<\/p>\n<p>Dark enough that as I searched in the grass, it was hard to find the chrome leash clip. There it is, sez I, and I reach for it. <\/p>\n<p>and it&#8217;s a concrete hard dog turd with a piece of tinfoil embedded in it.<\/p>\n<p>Suppose it could have been worse, it might have been soft. <\/p>\n<p>Will have to make more of a concious effort to make sure the leash clasp ends up on the concrete walk in future. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>when i take the mutt out for his morning constitutional.
