I know there will be out-of-pocket costs, but nobody is willing to tell me what they will be. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m sorry, we can&#8217;t know how much it will cost until we do the test!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m sorry. I don&#8217;t know how much I will pay you until I receive a bill&#8221; Suppose that would fly?
