The hotel has a fence but it doesn&#8217;t make the noise go away. <\/p>\n<p>there&#8217;s a lot to be done here but I have only so much energy to do it. The situation is getting a bit frustrating to say the least, and potentially troublesome. Ah well, I&#8217;ve been in sticky shit before, and will be again, this is nothing new.
