Pound of navy beans I soaked overnight. Cooked 8 hours until meat fgell off the bones, then added a can of diced tomatoes.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m told it smells and tastes lovely, I myself canot tell, as my nose is stuffed up as can be. <\/p>\n<p>I also made cornbread, and it seems good too, though it took a lot longer to cook than I remember, possibly because I did it properly in a cast iron frypan and not in a thin sheet metal pan.
