Take a couple pounds of deer meat. Any kind will do. Better if it’s the cheap cuts, like the shanks.<\/p>\n
Cut into 1\/2″ cubes.<\/p>\n
Brown in a pan with a little olive oil, and some garlic. OK, a lot of garlic. use four cloves. Scratch that, use a whole head. (Peeled)<\/p>\n
DO NOT COOK. Just brown a bit, give some of the flavor of the garlic and some caramelizing. <\/p>\n
Put in crock pot. <\/p>\n
Add a can of cream of mushroom soup
\nAdd a can of French Onion soup
\nAdd two little cans of mushrooms
\nCook on low for 8-10 hrs.<\/p>\n
Add 8 0z sour cream and 2 oz cream cheese (Cubed) <\/p>\n
Keep on low, stirring until the sour cream and cream cheese are incorporated.<\/p>\n
Serve over noodles or rice. Warm tasty food for a cold november night.<\/p>\n
