My group contributed to the original safety manual for what we do; we are aware of the safety requirements because <em>we wrote them<\/em>, more or less. <\/p>\n<p>But we have to make the customer and all it&#8217;s agents happy, so we humbly sit through a presentation by a man whose hands have never felt a wrench, no callouses anywhere on him, and he cannot make it through a ten minute talk without cutting himself on the plastic cap of his pen.
