Yeah, his method of mixing ads with news and commentary is unusual and perhaps, to some, annoying. <\/p>\n To me, he’s a reminder of the time I spent growing up, the show was most often heard in the truck, next to Dad as we drove to or from hunting, or fishing, or fixing someone’s house or car, or rescuing someone from some situation or another. <\/p>\n Sitting in the truck, listening to Paul, the smell of dad’s pipe and the liver brittany Ginger that was a common companion, heater hot on my shins and window cold against my head as I dozed, those moments are my firmest memories of being with Dad. When Paul goes, those last memory triggers will be gone.
