The streets that were paved were almost done so by accident, and the local wildlife consisted of possums and coons eating out of overflowing garbage cans. The lake itself was so filthy only the uninitiated would swim in it. And the methane gas burbling up from swamps of human shit would often catch fire and burn. <\/p>\n<p>Contrast that to the downtown where the Ogwife grew up.<br \/>\n<a title=\"owensound.jpg\" class=imagelink href=\"https:\/\/neanderpundit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/owensound.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image6513\" alt=owensound.jpg src=\"https:\/\/neanderpundit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/owensound.jpg\" height=300><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Does make me wonder why she came to me instead of making me go to her. <\/p>\n<p>When we&#8217;re in town we visit the gravesites of friends and family.
