If you&#8217;ve ever feared joblessness, by all means, go there and read.<\/p>\n<p>As long as I have a brain in my head and reasonable health, I will not be jobless. Last year, when my company wasn&#8217;t doing so well, everyone took a day off a week without pay. While some could absorb this, others could not. Count me among the latter. I didnt blame George Bush, nor my boss, (frankly, the plan was a brilliant one, keep your employees on staff and spend less, I can&#8217;t imagine why they didn&#8217;t do it sooner) nor anyone else. <\/p>\n<p>I got a part time gig.<\/p>\n<p>I supplimented my income by doing work one or two days a week for an old friend who, as it happened, could use my skills.  He helped me out during that time, and the work I was doing was a great help to him. I made enough extra cash to pay the bills. And I moved on.<\/p>\n<p>Now our business is as strong as ever, and we&#8217;re all back to full time, and very happy to say business is beginning to boom. Fact is, though we&#8217;re a small company, we&#8217;ll have to staff up to deal with the workload.
