As Tam says. So Partner and I run out to put some lead downrange. We manage to go through a box of 22 High Vel, and many steel plates and clay pigeons died at our hands.
I can reliably hit the plates offhand at some speed with the Ruger MK2. I like it fine.
And now I’s sleepy.
Just not for Billy Mays, who died, apparently, while I was out mowing the lawn.

Recently, several co-workers of mine have published books. None of these people can string three words together coherently in a conversation or in a letter, and they have book deals. Here, a man who uses the language like a master weaver, the pattern of his jacquard rife with detail and elegance, you got to read this sucker on the internet. So do so. Sooner or later someone will recognize his genius and then you’ll have to cough up cash to read him.
