I caught part of this, I would have liked to watch the whole thing but by god, I have a life! there was full tilt slacking that needed done!!
Actually I was i surgery in the morning and still recovering in the afternoon. So I was able to see The Swiss HyTech Hybrid limp into the pits apparently on the starter, blocking the pit entrance for a while and generally getting the fuck in the way.
here’s the thing, folks: All this bullshit .gov intervention in the US economy is just charging the batteries, and the economy lurches forward in fits and starts using the minuscule starter motor to drag the whole thing along.
Everyone knows- even, I’m sure, the idiot in the white house nad his minions- that the thing to do is start the fucking engine. They will not do that, because autonomy is anathema to them, and they will not allow individual success, they prefer quantitatively eased success, whatever the fuck that is.
The starter motor is used only for a few seconds, so that the large engine can take over and do the job; using the short duty cycle starter to do the job of the large engine will only work for a brief time, and then the shit hits the fan and nothing works. The Won would rather have total failure than autonomous success. And millions of people are too fucking stupid to see it.

The time to change the starter can’t come soon enough… If this guy was the CEO of a Fortune 500 company he’d have been out on his ass in a year… He has no business running a lemonade stand much less being the chief executive of this country… I had initial hope that he may know what he’s doing (I didn’t vote for him by the way) but it is obvious that he and those around him are in waaaayyyy over their heads

The history of total state controlled — Statist — countries has been a mountain of murdered skulls in excess of 100 million. The USA is in the grips of a Statist wave of governance coming on in full. After the destruction and deaths under the earlier wave of megalomaniacs it is quite clear — or ought to be clear — that anyone currently in power KNOWS what’s gonna come of this Leftist/Statist governance. It is not they are in way over their heads, it’s that they aiming to bulldoze the shit way over ours.
By the way Og, the hybrid blocking the access to the place we need to go to get refueled and repaired is an excellent metaphor.
I still maintain there will not be a 2012 election. The one will declare martial law before that, or soon after the November ballot. But I don’t think we will get that far.
He will take away all 401k and ira savings to balance the books and that will spark enough anger they will need to have all the boots at home to keep the “peace”.
China will lend management experience and oversight to every ones dismay. Only foriegn owned plants and stores will be left alone for a time.
Boy, do I hope and pray I am wrong, but I think that is the way the one will go.
One hope is that the military will rise up and actually defend the constitution and arrest the flea bagger, but I don’t think there will be enough on the side of the light to defeat the darkness.
No, I did not elect the one, but my wife conned me into setting on the sidelines in the last go round. Vote, yes, but did not continue to expose the one for the fraud he was, and still is.

I dunno what the hell your problem is, Og, but just as I was promised during the ’08 campaign, I haven’t had a mortgage payment since Obama took office. I don’t own a house, mind you, but given the way I’m getting financially fucked every other way, I have to count this one as a win.
