We made deer.

Actually, the Oglet and I prepped deer sunday- we took 2″ thick chunks of backstrap, and wrapped them in strips of bacon, and sprinkled on a pinch of Kosher salt, on each side. Very simple.

If I had given her a bite of one, she would have knifed me for the rest.
