Yesterday was a shitstorm, no doubt. And today I get to finish a job that I was supposed to have until December to complete, only instead I get another day. And unforseen issues have occurred, and it was exactly the unforseen I needed the extra time for, and now I do not have it.

This is the day that the interstellar buttmonkeys have made.

I Have had worse days, and I’m sure there are worse days in my future. This one did involve bleeding. recalcitrant machinery, uncooperative electrons, and fire. Lots of fire, as in a semi that burst into flames just in time to block my arrival home for an hour and a half.

Good lord, I’m wrung.

12 hrs of futility, shit not working, hard deadlines, unexpected detour through mordor, and now stuck on the expressway behind a flaming semi for 90 minutes. Yay.
