I have seen

Episode 1 of “the Inheritors” on The Outer Limits about… 12 times. And I can say that completely outside of my hyperbolic chamber; every time I catch an episode of The Outer Limits, it was one of two: “behold, Eck” about a two-dimensional creatire with bad eyes, or Episode one of “The Inheritors”

I’ve always wanted to know what the hell happens to the Lieutenant and the kids, and never did. So Last night, after the last snowthrowing trip around the driveway, I sat down and started looking through HULU, and found that not only did they have the episode, with limited commercial interruption, but the quality was amazing.

So, after twenty years or more, I finally saw the second half. And it wasn’t bad. Now I have another internet hole to get sucked into.

Five foot drifts

outside the front door.

Had to keep shovelling the sidewalk.

Took three swings at the driveway to get it done. Most of the driveway was 2 feet deep, with BIG drifts by the door, and big clumps by the end of the driveway. The town basically ran through with an end loader about eight AM, and did one path. Which promptly drifted shut.

So my driveway is done, but the street not so much. Looks like another crap day tomorrow

head explosion in five, four, three, two…

Midwest Chick, I predict, will be fuming ten seconds after she reads this.

Look: If you’re standing out on the street yelling “God hates fags” I’m agin ya. Just so you know. But a company like Chick-Fil-A, getting flack for supporting an organization whose values they share, is just another marker of how unhinged the left is.

God forbid a company espouse decent morals.
