Reading other bloggers, listening to Hannity, etc.

I keep watching that video. I keep thinking, this has got to come to an end.

I don’t have any answers that I can act on. As much as I’d love to load up the truck and start shooting these morons, they’re half a world away.

So I pray. Praying sometimes doesn’t seem like much. Maybe it’s the very best we can do, though. Pray for the men and women doing their jobs whose rep has been sullied by a few idiots. Pray for the Commander in Chief, who has a job so tough you and I could not do it, a load so great you and I could not bear it. Pray for the good and decent people of Iraq, that their lives might return to normal, for they deserve that. Pray for justice for those harming Americans and other peoples as well. Pray that you’ll be strrong enough to fight when your turn comes. Remember that prayer is not just kneeling by your bed, or in church. Prayer is all you do, all day. Prayer is how you live your life. Live your life as if you’re praying in everything you do.

The creator of the universe hears our prayers, and always answers them. Be prepared that the answer may not be what you expect.
