Friday I mowed the backyard. This may not seem like a huge deal. Anyone who has SEEN the backyard knows what I mean. it’s a farging cliff.

Used to take me a day, and it required help. Now I can do it in about an hour, by myself. And I’m barely huffing and puffing.

In other news I’m wearing size 46 pants. From 54s, not so long ago.
