Pain is good
but I’d prefer movement. Did something to the back over the weekend that can only be described as “OOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!”. To the point where I am taking vicodin for the pain. And I normally balk at taking an aspirin. Wish me luck!

My sympathies. Although, I don’t disdain drugs. The more the merrier, I always say. But I’ve got the most minor injuries today from any weekend of home improvement in living memory — on top of my usual collection of gripes and aches.

Seems I’ve been there, very recently.
Take it slow and easy guy.
Good luck.
You have my prayers as well.
be careful. :) be nice to your back… its one of those things you need.
See ? I told you to take it easy. Suggested a few breaks…time wise, not skin or bones. You got lots done but I hate to see you hurting.

Good luck and hope you feel better soon…
Luck and a speedy recovery.
Screw this “get well” shiznit. More vicodin! And live-blog it, dammit!
The beyotch of it is, you won’t be biking for a while.
The one thing about Region weather is, you can still have nice biking weather into November, or even December sometimes. Although your bike insurance may officially cut out for the winter months (Nov Dec Jan Feb), call your agent now and see if he or she can put you back on for this day or that day you have the urge to ride in Dead Time. You might work an agreement where you call the agent, say “I’m biking Saturday, cover me”, and you get a courtesy confirmation call back saying you’re covered. Just a thought. You will want to make up for lost time on the bike. Just really watch out for wet leaves by then.
so did the back injury have anything to do with the hot-pepper toilet paper incident?
just askin’ is all….
