Don’t vote, if it inconveniences you.
Today I have to drive 290 miles to a job. I will be there all week. Because I couldn’t get an absentee ballot I will have to drive 290 miles back home tonight, get up in the morning, and drive 290 miles AGAIN. yes, I feel that strongly about it. So if it inconveniences you to vote, better stay home. I don’t want you influencing the outcome of the elections ANYWAY.

Now I feel like a slacker. My drive to vote this week will only be 160 miles one way.
I flew from Tampa to upstate South Carolina to vote early. Well, that wasn’t the only reason, but it was one of the big ones.
I hope you don’t mind if I quote you, since I already did.
What a guy.
Welcome to it, Dave. Thanks for the link.
Yours is the exact situation I find myself in.
Mileage = 280 to the polls. Opening time 7:00 AM, wait time :30 minutes, return time 5 hours.
Back to work at 12:30 or so.
So where is online voting?
All the parties are hyping turnout, get out the vote, door-to-canvassing, etc.
Again, where is the online voting?
Are the educated, computeratti being disinfranchised?
Attica! Attica!
Oh, wait. I meant to say, “Perhaps this issue should be studied further to determine the implications of restricting voting rights to those who are not gainfully employed outside the bounds of their residential confines.”
Naw. Too many words.
Attica! Attica!
