Political hiatus
haven’t posted hardly anything political lately, which kind of belies the -pundit thing, but it’s because I’ve developed a state of such utter disgust for the whole process I’m much more inclined to take a cluebat and start thwacking people for their ignorance than write about it. The RCOB moments come hot and heavy everytime I listen to or read commentary about the current crop of socialists. If you hear about a rash of contusions amidst the socialati, that would probably be me. Meanwhile I’ll try to confine myself to the zen of hunting. Think cool thughts, keep the crosshairs level.
Followed a cadillac for a few moments before being left in its dust. Not a big thing until I saw it parked askew in a cell phone store parking lot. then I knew they we better than me and must be democrats.
It has always amazed me that the party that shares its name with our political system is the least like that system.
That would be a damn good tag-line for you: “Keeping the crosshairs level.”
Some good news:
Ohio overrode Gov Taft’s veto of a reasonably good gun bill.
Result: big cities unconstitutional bans are null and void in 3 mos.
Yay!
Other than that, I feel your pain…
