   I cannot tell you how much I would love to attend OgFest ’07. BUT I already have plans, to which, you and all the OgFesters are invited.

   For about 11 months the Indiana Patriot Guard Riders (http://indianapatriotguard.org/ ) have been working to have the first ever official parade and memorial ceremonies for the USS Indianapolis survivors (http://www.ussindianapolis.org/ and http://www.history.navy.mil/faqs/faq30-1.htm ). The parade is 07/07/07 and starts at 10:00 am. We will be meeting at the Indy VA Hospital at 9:00. The parade will run form the VA to the Indiana War Memorial downtown. All remaining survivors able to travel (I am told they are between 80 and 100 years old) and the family of those lost will be in attendance, all expenses paid.

   There will be additional ceremonies and a full PGR escort to Kokomo on the 8th. There are rumors of ‘a prominent Indiana politician’ speaking in Kokomo. (I don’t know who… yet)

   So, You all get tired of throwing lead around, come on down and help us honor some TRUE American Heroes.

   As far as kicking your ass, I’ll wait for a face to face. K?

   Bloody nice thing you’re doing there, DNR.

   I wish I could attend, Trust me: I’ll check with YOU before scheduling Ogfest 08. Hell, maybe by then I’ll be a decent enough rider to join you.

   And as for the asskicking, you’re on. Maybe we ought to meet at a range somewhere, anyway.
