So the soon to be useless Ebay
has decided not to sell any gun related items online. Cars, which kill more people than guns, are still quite legal and easy to sell. Swimming pools, which kill more children than guns, are welcomed. Guns were actually never sold, but you could buy a trigger guard for that old Hopkins & allen, if you needed one, or maybe a nice new stock for your Winchester. But no, even though none of those parts were actual firearms, nor could any of them be used as a weapon, except possibly by bludgeoning someone with them, they won’t be available on Ebay anymore. Plenty of other items which can and will be used to cause the death of people will still be readiuly available, and other wondrous things, such as books of porn for gays who like young thai boys, but not any icky guns.
Scumbags. I await their fiery downfall. Pitiably I can’t make that happen.
Now what we need is a similar service which appeals to people who are interested in actual freedom.
Oh, and hat tip Ironhand, who was days ahead of me on this. OK, more than a week. Almost two. OK, I been busy.

As long as Kelly can buy kitchen bullshit, Ebay shall live.
Sorry bud…
Auctionarms.com is having a special for all the people ebay kicked out
The best gun trading web site out there. They went in business when ebay stoped selling guns and have done well
Dang, thanks Larry, I didn’t know that, and will make a point of visiting.
Larry beat me to the punch. If there’s a critical mass of people who want to buy and sell firearms and parts online, there’s sure to be a vendor. Ebay’s not a monopoly like the Post Office, where you can’t have an online auction but for ebay. And for that simple reason, I don’t care a whit if they don’t want to handle firearm items.
They’ve had a prohibited list forever. As long as someone’s not the only game in town, and the government keeps its nose out of it, private companies have the right to decide what’s sold at their table, physical or virtual. It’s their auction, after all. Same for smoke free restaurants. Restaurant decides, I’m fine; government mandates, I’m not.
Yup, Larry beat me too. Only beef I have with AuctionArms is the same one I have with E-bay.. jerks using scripts to snipe bids at the last second.
And I agree with MTS. If they don’t want to sell anything related to eeeeeevil guns, fine. My eeeeeevil dollars will be spent at a different service.
Well, actually, you can still sell a trigger guard on eBay, because they only prohibited parts “used to make a gun shoot”, or words to that effect.
A trigger guard, being something unrelated to the shooting part, they’d be happy to take your money on!
Of course, nobody selling or buying gun parts is going to use eBay anyway, so who’d bother?
Try gunbroker.com
Well, there must be some effect, I notice that tomorrow only they are waiving fees for sellers to list goods for sale.
