Hotels with no intetrnet acces both suck goat urine out of a dirty bottle, and give me a welcome reprieve from constant information overload.
So A mixed blessing.
Hunting all next week. May have to try to shoot a pheseant too, for turkey day.
Assuming, of course, I survive this afternoon and the clusters it promises.
Road trips are a riot, esp. when the wind makes your vehicle change lanes for no apparent reason.

I once had a seven hour trip on my Harley leaning about ten degrees to my left to compensate for a strong wind from the North. I didn’t really realize it until I noticed my buddy in my mirror…….strange looking. Man that was a miserable trip.
Had that happen going through Oklahoma in a full size pickup with a cap. Can you say sail area kiddies? By the time we switched drivers I had to pry the seat and my shorts loose. No fun.
