I have no idea if this woman was raped or not. Rape is a horrible thing I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and I’d sure fuck someone up who I knew had committed such an act. But to claim that bushitlerhalliburton acted in concert to conceal this withot a shred of evidence is purely and obviously partisan bullshit and nothing else.

Re: Assam — Are we reading the same article? Because in the one you linked to, there is absolutely nothing in it that says she “gunned down” anyone. In fact, what with the whole “Jeanne Assam is hailed for saving countless lives in shooting a gunman outside her church, but the volunteer security guard insisted that her steady hand was a matter of divine guidance.” lede, I would say the article was pretty damn fair, so unless there’s others to which you’re referring, I think you’re showing bias on that one. (And for the record, I support Assam 100 percent, so no need for anyone to call me out as a dirty hippie or anything.)

You’re absolutely right about Halliburton having the money to bury this story if they were responsible.
That’s not to say that she wasn’t raped by some Halliburton employees, or that some gutless Halliburton manager in Iraq didn’t try to bury the incident to save his ass.
I do have to wonder about her father and her husband.
She supposedly only knows the name of one of the perps. That name, a .45 and a pair of pliers is all it would take me to collect the rest of the names, and their videotaped confessions for the press.
