The brother and the nephew are newbies, and I’ve had the pleasure of accompanying them both for their first range visits. The brother is now working on HIS collection, and already has two pistols of which I’m jealous; his son had enough fun shooting that when we suggested a trip Friday, he said “PLEASE” for perhaps the first time in his life.

Side note: the kid has been known to be a malingerer and ne’er do well for a while, but at the range, he LISTENED, he did as he was TOLD, he acted with perfect range ettiquette, and obeyed all the rules. Even his father was surprised. May be hope for the boy yet.
