Welcome to Spring!
I know Spring is here, because ROAD CONSTRUCTION HAS BEGUN.
Fully 25 miles of the Tri State is under construction, with at least 8 miles of I-88.
Actually, I take that back. Construction hasn’t actually begun, they just have the BARRIERS up, making the drive miserable, but no actual WORK is being done. That will begin, I suspect, around September.
Our road construction began years ago, and it never ends. We have so many orange cones on our roads, I am surprised that Utah doesn’t glow when seen from the space station.
