Winters back finally broken
We may get smacked again, but mostly, it’s finally spring.
And, this is the kind of spring day I like the most, overcast and damp, a steady, slow rain.
Have a short job in the morning and a couple tasks in the afternoon, but I may actually be home at a reasonable hour, and then I’m gonna shoot this match tomorrow.
Been wearing shorts outside for a couple weeks now, but then I’m in Henderson Nevada.

This damn rain needs to stop so I can get into my back yard.
Yep, except for the snowstorm here a few weeks back, Spring’s been here since February.
I’m just a few miles west of you and the weather’s still lousy. Tough winter.
The .22 match looks like fun, I wanted a .22lr upper for the AR when I was trying to shoot it in High Power Service rifle matches. It would have been the perfect practice gun for off hand, or so I thought, I never came up with the money for one.

While eating dinner yesterday, as this front made its way through the greater Rockford area, we were *blessed* with yet more SNOW. Almost choked on my dinner. At least it didn’t stick, but makes one think God has a great sense of humor in almost daily tweaking the noses of the climate change freaks.
