   Wasn’t raining last night when the idiot woman was doing 30 in a 40 in front of me in a no-passing zone.

   I’m not sure weather has anything to do with it. I think some people just plain shouldn’t be on the road.

   Yeah, Nate, there certainly isn’t a lack of morons- it’s just that the rain exacerbates the intensity therof.

   I used to think that nowhere on earth did people drive in the rain more stupidly than in my native Los Angeles.
   I found out that I was WRONG after moving to Henderson Nevada.
   I could not believe the carnage I saw on the roads here and in Las Vegas during the El Nino winter of 04/06.
