Chicago to write new gun laws
And this time, THEY MEAN IT!!!!
How stupid do you have to be to see that something isn’t working, and then resolve to do it some more?
If the NRA had any cojones, they’d start buying billboards all over Chicago with Dick “Da turd” Daley on them, with a list of his victims- for he murdered them as surely as if he’d pulled the trigger himself.
On the other hand, Dick is way more powerful (and better financed) than the NRA, and he’d probably have a few of them disappeared if they tried telling anyone the truth.
Still, it might be worth a try.
I’ll never understand the concept of disarming people in order to make them safe.
I heard his last attempt at gun control laws via the legislators down state (Springfield for those not of this area)failed to pass. Is this yet another attempt? The irony is not lost in that his father (Hiz Honor, Da Mayor)would not have gone this route, in fact I would be willing to bet, he would have been carrying as well. Would that his son had have the stones of the old man.
Guy: It’s a pre-emptive wisecrack, on my part- there were so many shootings over the weekend, Dick is sure to make some such statement. I’m surprised it hasn’t hit the news yet.
Well, “Little Dick” Daley would never pass on a chance to (try and) advance his anti-gun dogma. Sadder still, is that so many in that neck of the woods (the Chicago metro area) think he is right in doing so.
*Sigh* at least my Cubbies are kicking butt!! It’s about 9pm here on Monday night, and they are kicking the Met’s ass 7 to 1. Go Cubbies!!!!
