I was reading the IBD and realized that all the doom and gloom the left have told us that was going to happen in the last 30 years is all total lies and bullshit. Where is the ice age, overpopulation causing mass starvation, etc….. they assured us that was coming? When will people wake up and understand that the left lies all the time? The other point about Norway is that it is only steps — days, weeks, months — I wouldn’t give it years — behind Sweden in total collapse into anarchy and internecine civil war.

My Dad and older brother rode around on train tops in the dirty 30’s looking for work during the depression. they would never beg, but bartered everywhere. Back then those evil rich people that liberals love to hate would give men like my dad ‘make work’ jobs so that both parties got something out of it and proud men were not reduced to begging. I myself have worked since I was 5. Today I make a fortune and stay fit by picking up pop cans and bottles with the proceeds going to the church charities.
People need work like food and oxygen. People that don’t have work have no usefulness and no self respect. That is why they get into booze and drugs.
These people mean well, Og, but they don’t understand poverty because they have never experienced it. Poverty is a state of mind that has little to do with money.

Liberals think that George Bush, Sam Walton and Bill Gates don’t deserve their money. But of course Al Gore, the Kennedy’s and Michael Moore do. The same thing applies to urban sprawl.
