Good race.
I felt bad that Danica didn’t get to finish. She was running well, and bad luck kept her off the finish line.
Would have been fun to let her walk the rest of the way down pit row, though. That little strut is gonna haunt her.
I was also sad to see Sara Fisher get knocked out. She’s a good driver. Not Danica good, but she should have finished. And she’s self-financed.

I caught Fisher’s early exit on the TeeWee at the gyro joint.
Probably the single most crushing moment of her young life and there’s the ubiquitous camera lens in her face: “How do you feel?”
I spent the rest of the meal making up answers she probably wished she could have given…
LOL! yep.
I wish they’d let her keep going. I didn’t watch (I will never sit & watch cars turn left for hours), but I’d have paid money for a tape of her getting her skinny ass kicked all over a pit area.
Yeah, that would have been fun to see.
The announcers said DP’s temper tantrum showed how “determined” she is. If it had been a guy doing that, they would have talked about what a bad sport he was.
If you can’t handle the hard knocks, don’t go racing.
Sara Fisher deserves as much coverage as DP gets, as an owner/driver. IMHO, of course.
It reminded me of Schumacher marching through the pits at Spa in ’98, looking for Coulthard. The Princess isn’t Michael Schumacher, though, however hard Tony George might wish she were. I fear she’s not even Ralf.
