Somebody make a guess
How many American troops are in Georgia right now, and are they actively involved in the fighting against the Russians?
What’s the easiest way for a sole grunt to disable a T-72 Main Battle Tank and kill the crew?
Where are the soft spots on Soviet attack helicopters?
How many Russian combat divisions would be required to defeat FIVE Georgian Combat Infantry Brigades? Just so you know, Georgia only has five infantry brigades, according to Wikipedia.
Is Georgia playing the part of the yappy little mutt who happens to reside in the backyard of a badass Rottweiler?
I know the correct answers, but I want you guys to roll it around your brainpans for a while.

ooh the tank thing I definitely need to know.
Ammonia on the air intake manifold. Shot them as they bail out.
Exhaust? They armored up after we built pop-up projectiles.
The Hinds had to go to a serious exhaust baffle, that never really worked, once we gave the fuzzy-wuzzies the Stinger. FWs now know how to use Stingers & better on everybody. Unintended consequences nothing new, eh?
1 Brigade is in Iraq at the moment.
About three weeks ago, the US sent about a thousand troops to Georgia to conduct training exercizes. They’re probably still there in an advisory capacity, but probably have orders to not engage Russians except in cases of self-defense.
If I had to take out a lone T-72 (and I wasn’t a fat, middle-aged, suburbanite civilian), I would try to get some kind of explosive down the snorkel. The T-72 has poor outward vision with the hatch closed – which would be how a foot soldier could get up on the tank. The ammo is stored in the crew compartment and sometimes catches on fire all by itself, so a grenade in the compartment would be devastating.
I agree with Tennesee (no, I’m not Chumley), the helicopters are soft at the exhaust pipe and at the rotor connection.
It might take a whole Russian division to defeat the Georgians, I guess. Georgia is not the yappy dog. Georgia is defending its sovereignity. It wants to join NATO and keep its territory intact. Two separatist areas want to do just that, and Russia doesn’t want another NATO ally in its backyard.
Nuke ’em from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure…
