but this has me giggling.
Cook County Sherrif’s police used criminals own stupidity against them.
See, criminals- at least petty ones- are dumb as a bag of hammers. If they weren’t, they’d be taking buses to places like Morton Grove where the unarmed and helpless people would have only themselves to blame.
This is a hoot. Three cheers for someone being this inventive- yeah, i know it’s been done, but shit, if you fall for this when you have SEEN it done elsewhere, you deserve to be locked up.
They’ve been doing the “free TV” or “You’re a winner, just show up at this nondescript warehouse at 8 p.m. to claim your prize” sweeps as long as I’ve been alive. And yeah, it’s like dropping a net in the midst of a school of fish.
You’d think, “Well, I never entered a contest, so how the heck could I have won one?” And, “I’m on the lam. Honey, go get this prize for me.” If she doesn’t come back soon after the target time with the goods, you run.
