The State of the Art
Since this is Og’s place, and he’s a shitblogger, I’ll dispense with posting at my site about the state of my alimentary canal.
I went through a rough patch last week, though. Three days with no action. I was worried. Fortunately, some softeners worked wonders, and I’m at about 98% now.
Movements have been regular for the most part. I feel like I’ve been lubed with synthetic oil, the passages are so effortless, and color and texture are pleasing to the experienced eye.
I’m expecting great things tomorrow, as I’ve been on a good high fiber, high greens diet. Confidence is high. I repeat: confidence is high.Â
I’m sure y’all will be waiting with bated breath for tomorrow’s update. Thank goodness I’m such a sharer.

As long as it’s not baited breath, then that’s a-whole-nother story.
Few things will grab and keep one’s attention as fully as experiencing a fecal impaction. Avoiding a second one becomes almost paramount in one’s life after that.
A cup or more of cooked cereal every morning, lots of leafy greens and fresh fruit each day will keep the proctologist at bay.
Don’t ask.
Post-surgical uh… inaction held me captive for five days. Urgh.
I guess it’s a good thing this is not a photo blog.
On second thought, you can always delete the files from the digital memory chip…
