Jesus, Indiana went blue.
I’m ashamed from the bottom of my black little conservative heart. My sincerest apologies to the rest of the nation.

Alabama went red, we knew he was an idiot…mostly blacks down here incase anyone wasn’t sure.
I can’t believe any true Hoosier would vote for Mitch and cross over to vote for Obama.
Talk about your mixed messages.
Time to move, for sure. I’m thinking Oklahoma looks good.
You fuckers in Lake and Marion counties did us in. My county stayed red as blood.
From Connecticut, tilty-head apologies back in your direction.
Jesus – Florida? Sorry about that.
My heart broke as I watched state after state show blue. I’m shocked at Indiana and so disappointed in Florida….
But…as you say in the top post this morning….time to be vigilant.
I didn’t think Indiana would go blue but I knew I was among the minority voting for McCain in Marion county.
I guess MO is still up in the air with McCain in the lead. They each have 49%. The difference is 5,853 or 0.2%. My only consolation is that I’m pretty sure I turned at least 5 of that 5,853 from Obama to McCain. We take what victories we can.
I did what I could and I am pretty sure that Marshall County stayed red but I know St. Joseph was in the tank.
I’m going to become a lurker. I don’t really feel like adding much … I was right about 52%, and I had predicted 343 electoral votes, which was 21 short.
Anyway, I’d call that a mandate. Take care. I look forward to periodically reviewing your list of predictions with an Obama presidency – it’s bound to be a guaranteed chuckle every six months or so.
Ed: Chuckle all you want. As long as I get part of your $250k without doing a damned thing to deserve it, that’s fine by me. You can send the check anytime.
Oh, and why wasn’t it a mandate when Bush got the same amount? No answer? I thought not.
Tom, you were right, as I correctly predicted. And you’re still a moron, as I correctly identified.
A mandate is considered to be more than simply a small majority of the popular vote (indeed, somewhere it seems to me I once read that 58% or more constituted a “classical” American mandate).
Now, why do I know that? Because the Dumbocraps made such a stink about it in ’04, claiming that GWB didn’t have a mandate even though he’d won an absolute majority of the popular vote.
Of course they’d been saying for eight years that Clinton had a mandate, even though he never won more than a plurality of the popular vote. (Look up the difference between “majority” and “plurality” if you don’t understand, Tom, which I sort of assume you don’t, being a libshit moron.)
HB: Here’s one Marion County voter who didn’t split his ticket. I voted for Mitch and McCain. It’s actually the fucking ticket splitters who did us in. How anyone could vote for Mitch the Capitalist and then throw McCain under the bus for Obama the Commie is a total mystery to me.
Tom, fuck you and the rest of your asshole socialist friends. And yes, that comes from my heart. Oh, I do congratulate Obama for the greatest snowjob in history. My god, you people are dumb.
None of you have anything to apologize to me for. I live in California.
I’m in a red county to be sure, but this is always a blue state.
Slash, you’re still one of us. Don’t be ashamed. Be strong.
Dick. (a.k.a Pot, meet Kettle)
McCain lost badly last night. You actually thought he was going to win. And you are calling me dumb?
You nitwit.
Ed: I’d be careful about calling Dick names. But hey, it’s your spleen.
Thanks, Og. I, and many others I think, just need to dust ourselves off and get back to work. We are going to have more mouths to feed pretty soon.
Tom, do you have a homepage? If so, I want the address. Ya see, my toilet’s backed up and I really feel like taking a healthy dump. I’m kinda thinkin’ you porch will do nicely.
Gee, and here I thought Tom had left the building. I guess he’s going to be the Obama thug ASSigned to monitor this blog, kind of like Erin seems to be over at HB’s place.
Tom, if I were you, I’d watch out for Dick. You’ve made a powerful enemy right there.
I don’t think Dick has any enemies. He has friends, and food.
I guess I need to apologize for Virginia, then, specifically the morons in Fairfax and Arlington counties.
I’m truly ashamed about the idiots here in Prince William County who I thought would know better — guess those reports of all the “undocumented workers” leaving here were false. I’d like to think the stupidity is due to all the NE carpetbaggers and DPR of Maryland transplants living on the wrong side of the river…but I’m not sure that’s really the case anymore.
You boys and girls from Indy have nothing to be ashamed over. Oh Tom, send me a pic of your ol’lady. I’ve got a trick for your ass.
I don’t quite know if I’m ashamed of Indiana, since I doubt that the true vote happened.
People stood in 4+ hour lines at the Lake County courthouse for days and weeks on end, and at the other remote advance voting centers, and yet, still, there were long lines at the polls on election day to boot. You’d think the voting rolls would be depleted by the end of October. They seldom have long lines in elections *without* early voting, and here, it was all plugged.
I am ashamed that the press and the general public is all right with that kind of fraud. Have you heard what happened in Pennsylvania and Ohio?
Mandate, my ass. Banana Republic, here we come. Maybe Iraqis can come here to ensure that our elections are fair and honest, as we taught them to do for themselves in 2003. We need outside observers, since the Fourth Estate has become the Fifth Column.
Hi! My name is Jeff, and I’m an even bigger fucktard, if you can imagine it, than Tom.
Apologies for the nastiness of my comments. I just think a lot of people are a bit too backward, still. I’m happy Indiana is finally not “red”.
That would be because, Like Tom, you are a moron.
My own nastiness was provoked, quite simply, because of the small-mindedness I’ve witnessed here.
You mean tom? He’s just a moron, ignore him.
I was one of those people to vote for Obama, and Mitch.
I think McCain is a great man, and I was very touched by the speech he gave after everything was counted, and the decision was in. I was however very PISSED OFF to see how STUPID people can be, BOOING saying “You Deserve It!” “You Deserve Better!”.. . When he was just trying to leave this in a dignified manner.
Huh? The wake and bake is eventually gonna kill you, man.
I’m glad the “republican MOB” was finally pushed aside in this state, and in the United States as a whole.
“Mob”? you mean all thjose republicans who rioted and burned down cities because McCain lost? Oh, yeah, Republicans are adults, they don’t do that childish shit.
If you feel like moving, I won’t miss you.
Trust us, we would not miss you. Jeff, if you had a thought in your head, you might be taken seriously- but I am not going to hold my breath.
Well, y’all can just stay on your own dang side of the Ohio River. Just see if I go to Holiday World again.
Tennessee is our new bestest friend. Heh.
Now, where’s that winky smiley to indicate I’m just kidding…
Ed: We gotcha covered, bud.
2012, og. 2012.
I’m giving up on MA entirely, but I will be working pretty f’n hard on NH to get them sumbitches back in the red…
Jeff, this is my fucking country. It doesn’t belong to you or Tom. If you want to vote for a celebrity, knock yourself the fuck out. I really don’t care. By the way, have you seen the movie, ‘Idiocracy’? That fits you, Tom, and the entire Liberal herd down to the letter.
