Remington is once again offering small quantities of SPR22’s to hit the market, and I have seen them for sale at Gunbroker. I will buy one. I will have a double rifle.
I will also, certainly, put a decent piece of wood on it, and put it in a decent case.
What caliber, Og? I can certainly see the advantages to either 30.06 or 45-70. Just curious which one you’d prefer.

Local shop has one in 45-70.
Yes, I am considering it…. except the spare $800 is kind of tough to come by.
But…. a 45-70 double gun…. That appeals to me.
