Kelly
Her birthday is coming up on the 8th.
Tomorrow, you’ll get to meet Patton. Her new, baby Great Pyrenees.
Any dog that qualifies as “fearless, and used to haul artillery over the Pyrenean Mountain range to and from Spain and France” is okay in my book. And yes, he’s a shelter dog, the same as Bear. Coming from the pound.
One other thing… Patton will be a daddy’s boy.

Patton at 7 weeks.

That is one cute pup! From the size o’ him, bet you’ll be working through a lot of kibbles and bits! (and anything else the pup is able to get a hold of *grin*.) Like the name too … now just get a cat, name it “Montgomery”, and watch the hijinx begin!
7 weeks??? oy. Monster in process.
His eyes look blue from here.
cootchie cootchie cootchie, daddy’s boy!
Had one of these at one time. Great Dog, easy-going and gentle but hard-headed when it came to house breaking. Eventually gave her away as I didn’t have the space required for her to run and roam. She lives on a farm now and loves it
If he grows up to be a full-size Pyrenees your kid will be able to saddle him and ride him for a rew years. My daughter was a “sitter” for service dogs and had one that was about half grown. It sure was funny watching a 5’4′ 30 year old trying to walk a 150lb puppy.
Wow, Dick! Look at the paws on that “little” rascal.
Once upon a time a Great Pyrenees followed me home, and after a few days I hoped nobody would answer the “Found Dog” ad to claim him. He was afraid of absolutely nothing and loved to go on long walks and play tug-of-war with my shop towels.
He did give me a start when I first saw him, this huge white dog walking out of the alley toward me.
So that’s what Kelly looks like now.
Last time I saw her she had red hair and a BLOG.
We do miss Kelly’s BLOG.
We understand that she’s busy, though.
