I recall reading a blog comment by a Bush-voting lesbian who said that her Evangelical friends were more tolerant and understanding of her being a lesbian than her gay and lesbian friends were of the Bush-voting thing.

Most conservatives fall in the hate the sin but usually we’re okay with the sinner category.
Lefties almost alway fall into the hate the sin, the sinner, anyone who doesn’t hate Bush, republicans, conservatives and anyone who doesn’t fall on their knees in the presence of the one.
