You can’t handle the punk!
Spent a day last saturday at The Henry Ford, the definitive museum of the American Industrial Revolution. Took a few pics, for the steampunk folks.
I may or may not describe the pictures. I may leave them up to your imagination.
A car.

Funny thing ;-) I was there also. The village was too wet, so we just ate at Eagle Tavern, then went over to the museum. The Rock exhibit is very interesting.
I was there Saturday also. Ate at Eagle tavern in the village then spent the rest of the day in the museum. Did you see the cars in the Rock exhibit?
too wet? didnt rain all day! i spent most of my time in steam and ag.
Those steam punks folks are some seriously creative people.
The white number in the back – that’s the one I want. If I could fit my fat ass in the thing.
I would assume it has Ford Cosworth power?
Man, Og. Just down the street and you don’t stop by?
The world can be changed by man’s endeavor, and that this endeavor can lead to something new and better .No man can sever the bonds that unite him to his society simply by averting his eyes . He must ever be receptive and sensitive to the new ; and have sufficient courage and skill to novel facts and to deal with them
Friend of mine with eclectic(?) tastes has a copy of Ford’s old #8 racer. Not the VW copy, a real one complete with a vintage original Ford flathead four.
I think that white number in the background is the car Tom Sneva drove to victory at the Indianapolis 500 back in the 1980’s, not sure of the year but it might have been 1983 and, YES, it was a Ford/Cosworth powered vehicle. George Bignotti was the chief mechanic and Sneva drove him nuts.
All The Best,
