Looks like separate external cooling jackets and plumbing. I’d bet vibration was not that motor’s friend.

yeah, but it was probably only 12 hp so it didnt beat itself up too much.

My grand dad had made a garden tracker and a riding lawn mower out of some Model T’s. Legend has it he took a coupleof model t’s and built a 4×4 with one. As I was told, the fornt axle had a pivot point in the center, much like a wagon. Used it to launch the house boat he built.
It would have been fun to live in the early part of the last century. You could do anything and get away with it as long as Darwin liked it.
