Base camp
is damned near in the geometric center of Arkansas. Tomorrow we go to Blue Camp and on to the summit thursday, and get airlifted out friday. And again next week.
Weather here is stupendous. Windows open as I drive and as I sleep, wisteria blooming everywhere, green trees. Gonna be hard to go back to Chicago.
