This demonstrates a fundamental lack of knowledge of islam, once again. ISNA is an organization known by the state department of the US to engage in support of terrorism, anti semitism, and a host of other ills. By it’s own definition, ISNA has one overreaching goal, and that is to establish a Muslim majority in the US, by using our own political system to enforce their beliefs on us.
Isna is in the business of doing ‘Damage control”. Ask any of those wonderful people if they still consider what hassan did as a good thing, and they will say yes. Ask any of them, for instance, if beating their wives is a good thing, and they will say yes. Hell, ask them if they relinquish the Koran. The Koran is full of hatefullness enough for a whole planet. But don’t listen to what I say, go learn what they are teaching themselves.
And while you’re at it, go google Taqiyya.

Roberta: If you are so sure I am misguided, I’d love to know: What benefit could I possibly be obtaining by misrepresenting Islam? What possible reason could I have for misrepresenting these peaceful people? If Islam is not a sincere danger to all human life, what possible reasons can I have for being up in arms? I’d really love to know why you think I feel this way. Do you think it’s because I’m a Christian? trust me, it is not. Islam is a judeochristian religion. Do you think i’m insane? I don’t know that I can prove that I’m not. Do you think I’m stupid? I can’t imagine any other reasons I’d dedicate so much time to something that (ostensibly) doesn’t effect me.
The truth is, it is neither my possibly questionable sanity nor my potentially questionable intellect nor my often questioned christianity that causes me to feel this way and react so vocally.
It is my posession of the facts, and my unwavering willingness to examine them for what they are.

…and when a civilization is built off lies (Taqiyya) what does it look like? It looks like the Mideast today: Dust, Mud huts, Tyrants, and Death. Its hard to believe that this area was once the center of Western Civilization.
Rule Of Law and Taqiyya are a contradiction of terms. If anyone thinks that the poverty is induced by the desert and the geography, just look at the Israelis and what they have been able to do with their scrub land of Canaan.

And politicians. Which is why Islam is a political entity more than a religious one. It is not a religion for seekers of Truth. It is a religion for dissemblers and ideological sociopaths who are bereft of intellectual curiosity about their own faith.
Christianity stands up to Reason and has done so over the millennia. Taoism is founded on the search for inner Truth as well. Each deals with the individual’s responsibility to be integral, whole, and true by assuming the full responsibility for one’s actions and consequences. Even in the Old Testament Israel’s enemies were not to be ultimately understood as an extension of God’s judgment, never as a crutch or excuse for Israel’s own accountability before God.
Islam, like the Democrats, teaches that others are the problem, always.
And although the comparison ends there, for now, Islam also teaches that others are to be converted to Islam, or that they must be subjugated, demonized, killed horribly at every opportunity and de-humanized. It’s a control-freak ideology of buggered-up-the-ass boys raging against their powerlessness within their own society– who are then pointed outward to vent their rage on the Other. It couldn’t be more evil if a demented Hollywood screenwriter invented it.
Correction: Israel’s enemies were always to be understood as instruments of God’s judgment. I had put an extra “not” in there.
But let that notion sink in: Even in Israel’s defeats or victories, they were never allowed to glory in their conquest or wallow in their misery. They were to learn something about themselves and their relationship to God in every event. It was a precursor– a national identity evolving into a personal relationship with a living God– something not imagined in any other religion.
Hi all ~ for years I always looked at the endless shit fights between the jews and palestinians as a two way street. Then I saw the europeans having the same problems with moslems. Now it is happening here.
Moslems aren’t stupid like liberals. This is only a taste of things to come too. That young lady is sorely misinformed. Once they have the numbers, moslems will be going ape here like they do everywhere else. To assume that they will spare us their bullchit for some reason is foolhardy.
